After our Office 365 migration, you might notice a few minor changes. Here's how to quickly address them:
1. Teams Meetings are Missing or Have Errors.
Fix: Reschedule any future meetings you've organized in Teams or Outlook. See Calendar - Fixing Teams Meetings Post Migration.
2. Outlook Auto-Complete Suggestions Are Gone.
Fix: This list will rebuild itself naturally as you send new emails.
3. "Recent Documents" List in Office Apps is Empty.
Fix: This list will repopulate as you open and save new files. All your files are still accessible via "File > Open" from their saved locations.
4. Old Links to Shared Cloud Files Don't Work.
Fix: Generate new sharing links for files/folders you previously shared from OneDrive or SharePoint. Ask others to reshare any old links they sent you.
5. I can't find my SharePoint or Teams site data
- Fix: Data has moved. See SharePoint Migration Mapping for the new location (requires AIR credentials).
6. I'm Repeatedly Asked to Sign In.
Fix: Ensure you've updated your login in your web browsers (Edge/Chrome), Office Desktop Apps, and Microsoft Teams. Restarting your computer can also help.
7. Mobile Apps are not working.
- Fix: Sign out of all work accounts in the mobile apps and then sign back in. Worst case, uninstall & reinstall.
8. What does BitTitan Deployment Pro do for my Outlook migration? What should I expect?

9. I had meetings scheduled with Teams that are no longer working.
10. BitTitan Deployment Pro isn't working. I am getting a Modern Auth error.

11. I can't find my old Distribution Groups or Shared Mailbox names.
- Info: All distribution groups and shared mailboxes start with "AIR SV" so search for that in the address book and you will see a list available. If you have any additional questions, please open a ticket.
12. Conference Room names, I can't find my conference room.
- Info: All Conference rooms have the same names, but start with "SV", so for example Yosemite is now "SV Yosemite" to indicate it is in the Silicon Valley office.
13. My Outlook looks different.
- Info: You were likely using Outlook (New) and are now using Outlook (Classic). Outlook classic is actually what we recommend and has more features. See this article for more options: Outlook - Switching to the New Outlook
14. Teams chats are missing
- Info: Unfortunately, Teams chat migration was considered out of scope for this migration. This is because of the drastic change in how AIR will use Teams and perceived minimal importance. Teams file data was migrated. if you need some specific data like contacts, files, or even conversations, we can assist you. Email "AIR SV Team Tech Support" or Open a ticket.
15. Users are being asked to wait in the lobby to join meetings.

17. I am unable to share files with a customer using SharePoint
- Fix: You need to request for the domains to be added by IT. Email "AIR SV Team Tech Support" or Open a ticket.
18. I am not able to communicate with my customer or partner using Teams.
- Fix: You need to request for the domains to be added by IT. Email "AIR SV Team Tech Support" or Open a ticket.
19. BitTitan keeps popping up but my Outlook is already configured, how do I remove this?
- Fix: Please open a ticket to support@teamteach.guru with your computer name (optional) and we can remotely uninstall this for you.
