What is the policy on supporting third-party software or "home grown" applications?

Support on any 3rd party product is limited to best efforts at all times. For commercially supported products, we recommend maintaining support contracts with vendors. "Home Grown" applications are supported only for documented and established use and deployment, and sustained troubleshooting is the responsibility of the developer.
