Create a Outlook Profile
Create an Outlook profileWindowsIn Outlook, select File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles
Choose Show Profiles > Add.
In the Profile Name box, type a name for the profile, and then choose OK.
Type in your new email address and password. Accept all other options
Set profile as default
MACFrom Finder, open the Applications folder.
Ctrl+click or right-click Microsoft Outlook, and then select Show Package Contents.




Open Contents > SharedSupport, and then launch Outlook Profile Manager.
Type in your new email address and Password.
Other options if you want to remove the old profile or make this one the new default.
